In the last Bioware newsletter, they have confirmed that Dragon Age will have a toolset. Details can be found here (http://dragonage.bioware.com/newsletters/worldbuilders_01.html). Of course, they're being as vague as possible as to the limitations of the toolset. Any thoughts? Excited? Skeptical?
Personally, I'm not going to hype this up in my head with fear of being let down. I'll let it run it's course, then judge it when I use it.
Want terribly. It looks beautiful and I hope I can learn to use it.
I've been longing for them to have one.
That would be amazing. I plan on waiting until it's out for two years, a couple of patches and at least one expansion have been released and the community for it has had time to fix whatever bugs the developers leave. ;)
Bioware, ahh...that name just gives me a warm and fuzzy.
YAY! Bioware!

A warm and fuzzy what? Hamster? Kangaroo? Badger? Other things that shall remain in the gutter?
*ponders the impossibility of being able to keep his mind out of the gutter*
Resistance is futile. ;)
Hah hah hah, a warm and fuzzy [edited due to adult nature] thing that makes you feel [edited due to adult nature] and then you want to [edited due to adult nature] with a candy cane.
ps...you guys know I added the "edited due to adult content" not the forum. ;D
Reading between the lines it sounds like the toolset will be of a similar nature to the Witcher's: i.e. no area creation ability unless you're a Max wizard. The Witcher's toolset was easy to use, but I found that something of a creative limitation for producing anything on an amateur basis. Of course, I know a few 3d specialists, so never say never, but I do hope Bioware will be giving us some area creation versatility, and I did read hopeful signs (or at least that's what i thought I was reading - it's all a bit vague!)
Hoping very much for area creation possibilities. Sigh.

This, coming from Bioware is as good as it gets. There's going to be a toolset, folks, and it's going to rock! :) ;D
