It's this little thing we have all summers. Uncut, extremely dry vegetation suddenly decides to go on fire. A giant fire just started near my house, like really near. SO if you guys don't hear from me in the next few days you know why.

That sucks. Quick, let's get all the mages to cast Cone of Cold!
Strange that we are having the coldest summer in 50 years in my area. Hardly any wildfires.
:( Take care of yourself and be safe, Lore!
Phew, it seems mostly under control, though still raging fairly strong. Gotta love Portugal's volunteer fire fighters. I admire them, I seriously do, but most of them are workers without any qualification. They don't know how to reach certain difficult access areas, they have no organization they take hours(!) to arrive at the fire front. We had to fight the fire all by ourselves (I mean the population) for like an hour before they arrived. Then their policy in regards to it seemed to be let it burn everything until it extinguishes. Oh well.... ::)
