Offical Site for Dragon Age is up

I have just checked Bioware's offical site and the site for Dragon Age is up!

However, according to the following FAQ:

It seems like DA won't follow the same path as NWN or NWN2.

Will it be no more multi-player? No DM client? or even no toolset? I will wait to see more...

Considering there is a link on dragonage.bioware.com to sign up for the "World Builder" newsletter, I'm getting good vibes via DA having at least some sort of toolset-esque feature.
