SoZ Patch 1.021 and the tool-set

Has anyone else experienced problems with the tool-set after installing SoZ and updating via the auto-updater?

I cannot even load the tool-set, and the small screen that gives you the option of tool-set or playing or updating doesn't come up.

I'm running Vista Ultimate 32 bit and when I right click on the icon and choose properties, there's no compatibility tab.

Are you right clicking on the shortcut or the exe itself?

I've tried right clicking on all the exe's. There's more than one.
