About
The AME (Academy for Modding Excellence) is a group of NWN reviewers and developers who are dedicated contributors to the community. It is our vision for our Golden Dragon Awards to be the gold standard for recognition of excellence in modules and custom materials design for NWN and NWN2.
Members of the academy review content uploaded to the Vault, and then put forward nominations in each award category. For nominations to be considered they must also be seconded by another member. Works that are unfamiliar to members of the panel are assigned for testing, to make sure that even the least known nomination gets a fair look. Members then test all of the final nominations in each category, before voting on the Award Winner. Golden Dragon Awards are given out each year in some or all of the award categories.
